Shenyang quancheng electromechanical casting co., LTD，Was founded in 1985, with a medium-scale modern foundry, Have independent import and export rights， Factory covers an area of 16000 ㎡ and the using area is 11900 ㎡, is located YuHong hardware industrial park YuHong street YuHong district in Shenyang. At present, has 30000 ㎡ land in Shenyang economic and technological development zone casting industrial park, are building modern first-class production enterprises of large casting、machining、sell trinity. In terms of production, it can meet the minimum 0.5KG and maximum 5 tons of casting products with a maximum annual production capacity of over 9500 tons. It has 5 sets of medium-frequency electric furnace with domestic advanced level, and the maximum melting amount can reach 6 tons.
The factory has been equipped with iron mould coated sand automatic molding production line and furan resin sand molding production line. Has all kinds of testing equipment from raw materials procurement、assay、the production model to the finished product inspection, including M5000 direct reading spectrometer, coke component detector, sand mold hardness tester and intensity meter, CE of silicon carbon equivalent detector, XJP - 100 microscope, Hb-3000 brinell hardness tester, WE-60 hydraulic universal tension testing machine and PXUT - 240B ultrasonic flaw detector and other advanced equipment, can provide a reliable inspection information of castings mechanical properties and the internal quality. The casting process of ductile cast iron, alloy cast iron and high strength high elongation rate can meet the demand of the user completely. The products mainly were exported to Japan, Europe and the United States, etc, and won the praise from the users of the Japanese construction machine industry and other countries.
At the same time, our company has developed automobile clutch products, which can produce clutch cover assembly and clutch driven plate assembly.
