1. Our History
Qingdao Shengmei Machinery Co., Ltd., which has a dozen years of history, is having more than ten employees who is specialized in mechanical design, electrical design and foundry technology. We have now got the title of International High-Tech Enterprise. Our company has wide experiences in research and development, production, installation, debugging and service. Based on good business reputation, scientific internal management, excellent product quality and service and a range of social acceptance, our company has established the dominant position in the field of vacuum process casting, lost foam molding and resin sand reclamation.
2. Our Factory
Qingdao Shengmei Machinery Co., ltd. is located in No.6 Wangjialou industrial area, Huangdao district, Qingdao, China. We have our own brand'Sandry'. We insist on the management philosophy of "Quality Create Value" established the unique competitive advantage around the country. Sandry has devoted to provide more and more high quality products for the society.
3. Our Product
Qingdao Shengmei Machinery Co., Ltd. is specialized in vacuum process casting machines, lost foam molding machines and resin sand reclamation equipment.
Vacuum process casting and lost foam molding machine absorb modern technology of Japan and Germany. We provide you with foundry technology services and various molding style, such as car-type, rotating table type and automatic molding line.
Resin sand regeneration equipment adopts Mechanical turbo regeneration methods to achieve the reclamation of used sand. The machines of shakeout, crushing, reclamation, cooling, transporting, molding and dust collection are in good quality and wonderful service.
4. Product Application
So far, we have about 100 clients who are from fields of car, mining machinery, concrete machinery, hoisting machinery, reducer, engineering machinery, valve, mold and machine tool, which has dozens of varieties, for example, axle, wear parts for mine, wear parts for cement, counterweight iron, reducer enclosure, engineering machinery segments, valve seat, aluminium alloy mold and machine tool body. Our clients spread all over China and some of them are doing export business. By now, all the users have been checked and accepted.
5. Our Certificate
We have executed a continuous quality control system according to ISO9001 and we have also successfully registered Madrid trademark.
6. Production Equipment
We control the machine quality very strictly and all the structure parts and materials have to be processed by shot blasting machine (or sand blasting machine) so that it can get rid of rust and we have to coat the first paint in 12 hours so the coating for machines can be kept for a very long time.
We have our own processing equipment, for example, 6000*2500 Planer type milling machine, 4000*1250 Planer type milling machine, 1800*1500 boring mill, 4000*1500 Single column boring and milling machine and 2610 vertical machine center.
7. Production Market
We have now exported our machines to India, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Sudan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
