Xiamen Lahoo Auto Parts Co., Ltd. located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China. 2. Our Factory
Leaf Spring Factory:
As one of the leading manufacturer in China, after over 48 years develop, annual turnout 50,000 tons. Products cover the conventional leaf spring, parabolic leaf spring, Z-type trailing arm, double eye, slipper, hookend leaf springs, widely used for heavy and light truck, trailers.
Trailer Axle Factory:
Our Axle production line cover American axle, German Axle, Agricultural axle and stub axle, capacity range from 1 ton to 20 ton. This full range can meet customers’ request for their semi trailer, agricultural trailer and bolt trailer even caravan trailers.
We provide customize for light duty brake and unbrake axles.
Trailer Turntable Factory:
As the main turntable factory in North China, we have been in this industry for over 20 years. We develop 400mm to 1200mm casting and steel turntable for semi trailer, full trailer and tractor. Main products cover the Z type, U type, double and single row ball rings. And some customized products with three row ball.
3. Our Product
LAHOO Products include the following:
1. Trailer Axle: American Axle, German Axle, Agricultural Axle, Stub Axle;
2. Suspension: mechanical suspension for heavy and light duty axle;
3. Leaf Spring: Conventional, parabolic, multi-leaves, Z-type leaf spring, export to Europe, American and Australia, annual volume over 50,000 tons.
4. Trailer Turntable: Casting turntable, Steel turntable with 400mm to 1200mm diameter size, single and double row ball is our main type.
5. Landing Gear: Jost style, Fuwa style landing gear 25~35 ton capacity used on semi trailers.
6. Trailer Jack: including trailer jack and jockey wheel, galvanized and black painted style, capacity from 500lbs up to 12,000 lbs.
7. Brake parts: full components for brake system: steel and aluminum air tank, air brake hose, air brake chamber, brake drum, brake disc;
8. Coil Spring: can produce compression spring, torsion spring, extension spring, conical spring, wire dia. From 0.2mm~100mm.
4. Our Certificate
With the experienced R&D staff, advanced production equipments, strict management process and quality control, our factory has passed ISO/TS16949 quality management certificates.
5. Production Market
Providing qualitied products, timely services and professional advice to our customer, we have sold our products to all over the world.
